TL;DR. Use MultipleAI for normal personal or business use. Don't try to break it or resell it. Pay $12/month after the 7-day free trial. Cancel any time. If something goes wrong, we owe you a refund of the most recent month — that's the entire liability cap.
1. The deal
By installing or using MultipleAI ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
2. Your subscription
MultipleAI costs $12/month, billed monthly via Stripe.
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. We collect your card during signup but don't charge anything for 7 days.
If you don't cancel before day 7, your card is charged $12 and the subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel.
You can cancel any time via Manage subscription in the app or on this site. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We don't issue partial refunds for unused days in a paid month. We do issue full refunds for the most recent month if you contact us within 7 days of being charged and explain why — no questions.
3. What you get
One subscription unlocks MultipleAI on every Mac you sign into with the same email. You bring your own accounts/keys for Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, etc. — we are the workspace, not the AI vendor.
4. What you can't do
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
Use the app to do anything illegal under your local law, or anything that would put us in legal trouble for serving you.
Use the app to generate, host, or distribute child sexual abuse material, malware, or content designed to harass specific individuals. We'll terminate your account immediately and may report you to authorities.
5. AI providers are not us
MultipleAI is a workspace. The actual AI responses come from third parties (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) using accounts you've signed in with. Their terms govern that interaction, including their content policies, their safety guidelines, and the accuracy (or wildly creative inaccuracy) of what they generate. We're not responsible for what they say.
6. Updates
We push updates automatically to keep the app working with new AI models and to fix bugs. By using the app you consent to receiving these updates. Most happen silently — bigger changes get a release note.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." We don't warrant it'll work perfectly, never crash, or never lose data. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the most recent month. If you didn't pay us, our liability is $0.
8. We may change these terms
If we change anything material, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and post a notice in the app the next time you open it. Continued use after a notice means you accept the changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes that can't be resolved by talking will be settled in the Stockholm District Court.
